We're Hiring: Warehouse Manager – HVAC Residential Services
Location: Golden, CO | Salary: $70,000/year | Fix-It 24/7 Colorado

Are you a proactive, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Fix-It 24/7, Colorado's trusted name in residential HVAC service, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline inventory, and support our field teams in delivering 5-star service.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and organize all warehouse operations (inventory, shipping, receiving, stocking)
• Monitor and maintain parts inventory levels for HVAC field staff
• Oversee deliveries and equipment staging for daily service jobs and installs
• Create and implement warehouse procedures that increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Lead a small warehouse team and coordinate with service/install departments

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience (HVAC or trades industry a major plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Solid understanding of inventory control and basic warehouse systems
• Leadership experience with a positive, can-do attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Service Titian Experience and Inventory management
