Position Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands-on care and daily living support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role is essential in maintaining residents dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
Qualifications
Current Arkansas CNA certification required.
High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong work ethic.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, and team members.
