Join us as a Transaction Coordinator and play a key role in helping our real estate team deliver a seamless experience from contract to close. You’ll manage the administrative details of real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication every step of the way. What We Offer: • Flexible hybrid schedule (1 in-office day per week) • Supportive and collaborative team culture • Opportunity to grow to a full-time position within a forward-thinking real estate firm This position is part-time (20 hours per week) with a flexible hybrid schedule — including one in-office day per week for filing and coordination tasks. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting clients and agents through the closing process, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance Qualifications: • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred About Company: At Skyward Consulting Group, LLC, we help people rise — by transforming vision into strategy and goals into results.
