Job Description

Description We are partnering with one of our technology clients to support their hiring efforts and are looking to bring on an experienced Contract Recruiter. This would be for a 6-month contract with possibility for extension. This individual will play a key role in driving recruitment across G& A, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Technical/Engineering functions. The ideal candidate brings at least 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: + Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across G& A, GTM (sales, marketing, customer success), and engineering/technical departments + Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide market insight + Proactively source, screen, and manage pipelines of qualified talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms + Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding + Maintain timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders Requirements Qualifications: + Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (experience beyond 5 years welcomed) + Proven success filling roles in at least two of the following areas: G& A, GTM, and Technical/Engineering + Familiarity with high-growth tech environments + Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills + Ability to work across time zones and adapt to dynamic hiring priorities TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
