Overview
The Nashville, TN Local Sales Manager will drive sales of treatments, service packages, and skincare products while managing and motivating the in-spa team. You will monitor daily performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to optimize results.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support the in-spa sales team
Develop and apply upselling strategies
Monitor net daily sales and identify areas for improvement
Maintain high morale and engagement among staff
Candidate Profile
Previous sales experience (any industry)
Energetic, results-driven, and self-motivated
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Compensation
Base pay: P3,000/month guaranteed
Commission opportunities discussed during interview
W9/1099 – responsible for own taxes; W2 may be considered based on performance
