Other:

10+ years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing environment with 5+ years of managerial experience
Steel fabrication experience is required
Demonstrated ability to lead others in a fast paced environment
Must be proficient with ERP systems as well as computer skills
Strong organizational, planning and leadership skills
Multi-plant leadership experience preferred which includes but not limited to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, as well as the promotion of cross training of other team members.
