Description:
Responsible for general cleaning of the Human Services building and assisting with the clerical duties when the Human Services Secretary/Receptionist is absent. Perform cleaning, including but not limited to cleaning offices, order cleaning supplies, cleaning common areas, cleaning and sanitize bathrooms, deep cleaning as necessary, including windows, assisting in maintaining grounds, shoveling walks and removing debris from sidewalks. Perform clerical duties, including, answering phones, taking and delivering messages, routing mail, photocopying and filing as needed.
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
