Job Description

**Need a Systems Engineer with heavy Exchange expertise, but that also can work on Linux and Windows and AD.

What you'll be doing:

• Planning, implementing, and administering Microsoft Exchange Server environments (on-premises, hybrid, and Exchange Online) for multiple managed service clients
• Designing and executing Exchange migrations, including legacy upgrades, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and hybrid deployments
• Implementing email security solutions including anti-spam, DLP, encryption, and compliance requirements (litigation hold, eDiscovery, retention policies)
• Administering Windows Server infrastructure supporting Exchange environments including Active Directory, DNS, and certificate management
• Managing Azure infrastructure supporting Exchange workloads, including Azure AD Connect, conditional access, and hybrid identity solutions
• Configuring Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and application protection policies integrated with Exchange environments
• Maintaining Exchange high availability solutions including Database Availability Groups (DAGs) and Client Access Server arrays
• Managing Office 365 Exchange Online administration, mail flow rules, connector configuration, and tenant management
• Troubleshooting complex Exchange issues escalated from Level 2 Operations with root cause analysis and resolution
• Supporting cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for Exchange-related infrastructure and integration requirements

What you'll bring with you:

• 7+ years of professional experience in Exchange Server administration and implementation (Exchange 2013/2016/2019/Online)
• Expert-level knowledge of Exchange architecture, mail flow, transport rules, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong background in email security, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Extensive Windows Server administration experience (Server 2016/2019/2022) including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
• Proven experience with Azure infrastructure, Azure AD, and Office 365 administration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and mobile application management
• Experience with Exchange migrations, hybrid deployments, and PowerShell automation
• Knowledge of email security technologies (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and networking concepts
• VMware vSphere virtualization experience supporting Exchange infrastructure
• Microsoft certifications (MCSE Messaging, MS-203, MS-220) or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience operating in a cloud environment including at least one of AWS, Azure and GCP
