What You Will Be Doing
• Facilitate small-cohort workshops following structured, playbook-based curriculum
• Conduct individualized and small-group motivation sessions designed to inspire students toward ambitious goals
• Leverage storytelling, vocal presence, and dynamic energy to captivate learners and accelerate mastery of advanced competencies
• Apply AI-driven insights and student profiles to tailor motivational strategies and sustain engagement
• Monitor student advancement, conduct mastery assessments, and refine approaches based on outcomes

Basic Requirements
Early Childhood Teacher key responsibilities
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in group settings (teaching, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable environments)
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Proven record of academic achievement (such as National Merit Scholar recognition, early college enrollment, or participation in academic competitions)
• Available to work on-site at the GT campus located in Georgetown, TX
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
