JOB DESCRIPTION: Full time Pilates Instructor (12-30 hours per week) with multiple teaching blocks to choose from at a growing Club Pilates franchise.

REQUIREMENTS:
*
Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification, 450+ hours)
*
Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style
*
Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
*
Punctual, reliable and dedicated
*
Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills
*
Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
*
Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*
Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards
*
Instructing clients (up to 12 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. to ensure a safe, yet creative experience
*
Conducting private, semi-private or other additional sessions as needed
*
Support the studio in ensuring a fantastic membership experience
*
Being a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
Empowered Pilates is a Family-Owned Club Pilates Area Developer & Franchisee. Our instructors are able to teach at any of our studios in Arizona, which include: Anthem, Arcadia, Chandler, Desert Ridge, East Mesa, Fountain Hills, Flagstaff, Gainey Ranch, Gilbert, Moon Valley, Morrison Ranch, North Gilbert, Old Town Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Queen Creek, Scottsdale Promenade, Scottsdale Shea and Tempe.
